Papyrus AI Support

We answer every message, usually within two business days.

[email protected]

Tell us which iPhone and iOS version you are on and what you were doing when the problem happened. Never send a full document or an account number by email; a description is enough.

Signing in

Papyrus AI emails a six-digit code instead of using a password. The code expires after ten minutes.

If it does not arrive, check the spam folder and request a new one. Codes are sent from [email protected].

Scanning and importing

Scanning uses the camera, so the app needs camera access; you can grant it in iOS Settings › Papyrus AI.

You can also import photos and PDFs you already have from the scan screen, which is useful for documents that arrived by email.

A document can have several pages. Add them all before continuing, so they are read as one letter.

What Papyrus AI can and cannot do

It explains documents in plain language, points out dates and amounts, files related letters together and answers questions about them.

It does not give legal, tax or medical advice, and its summaries and dates can be wrong. Confirm anything that matters with the sender or a professional.

Plans and subscriptions

Free accounts get 10 scans every 30 days. Papyrus AI Pro raises that to 300 scans every 30 days.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can cancel any time in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and refunds are handled by Apple.

If a purchase did not apply, open Settings › Plan and use Restore purchases.

Your data

Settings › Privacy & data › Export my data gives you a file with every page and everything we keep.

Settings › Privacy & data › Delete account removes your account, documents, folders and chats. Deletion is permanent.

Documents you move to the trash are deleted permanently after 120 days.

Reporting a problem with an explanation

If Papyrus AI misread a letter, email us the document type and what it got wrong; it helps us improve. Please do not attach the letter itself.
